Year 2 have been dreaming of summery weather with their new Geography topic about Mombasa in Kenya. In English they have been learning about the meanings in Tinga Tinga Tales from Africa and learning a bit of Swahili along the way. In science they have enjoyed dissecting kidney beans to find the seed coat, embryo and food store.
