So it is finally time for our goodbyes. This year has flown by. The children have worked amazingly hard to reach the new expectations set for year 2 children. It has not been an easy year. However, the children have taken it in their stride and we have had a lot of fun and laughs along the way. We are exceptionally proud of all 60 of our year 2 children!

We look forward to seeing the children settle in to their new classes in the Autumn term. I will be teaching RE to year 3 once a fortnight and so will look forward to catching up with them.

Most importantly though, we want to wish you all an amazing holiday. We hope that you all manage to catch up on some family time and have time to rest.

Finally we would just like to thank you all for your support this year and for the kind gifts that we have received. My fridge and wine rack are going to look very healthy – for a short time!
