What a wonderful number of family members came into school on Tuesday to take pert in the Year 1 Celebration of the Word. The theme was creation, and the pupils took us through the very start of the Book of Genesis with pictures, readings, prayers and work they had done in RE. The children had prepared very well, and their singing with actions was a highlight of the event. Thank you to all the staff who helped to prepare the celebration, and to all the family members who joined us.
