Hello,

This week we have continued to explore the history of the Saxon settlement of England. In addition to this the children also received a copy of the home learning pyramid for our Saxons topic. A copy of which can be downloaded here: Bloom’s HL – Saxons Settlers or Meddlers

In our Literacy we have been focusing on a particular part of Saxon life and using this to build a class information book.

In maths we have focused on applying our maths skills in different contexts and seeing if we can understand what different word problems were asking us to do.

On Tuesday 8th March there will be a meeting in the hall regarding the year 4 camping trip and the year 5 trip to runway’s end. All are welcome to join us.
