Roman Day
To finish of all of our Roman learning, we had a Roman day were we dressed as Roman. We had chance to look at artefacts from the Roman times and a life size suit of armour which was made by Josh who works at Buster Ancient Farm. Some children brought in items that they had at home, one of these items was a game called ‘Bears’. In the morning we practiced our Roman numeral skills by cracking a colouring code and shared the Boudicca we have been working so hard on in English we each other. After lunch, we used coloured paper to create beautiful mosaic patterns. Finally we practiced our Roman roar. What a way to end our Roman topic!

Trumpet Concert
On Monday 7th July, we shared what we have been learning over the summer term during our music lesson in the form of a concert to our parent. We had singing, ensemble playing and even a duet from children in Lion class.
