St Peter’s hosted staff and pupils from other primary schools in a joint art project. Children from our school welcomed the children from Corpus Christi in  North End, St Paul’s in Paulsgrove and St Jude’s in Fareham and they worked together to produce Prayer Book sleeves and a lolly stick cross.  The work was inspired by the upcoming feast of St Peter and St Paul and the day was led by local artist, Frances Peel.  All the children thoroughly enjoyed the day and I’m sure you will agree that the art work they produced was both thoughtful and stunning.

A huge thanks to Frances and all the schools who took part – let’s hope we work on more projects together in the future.
