In Maths this week we having been look at finding fractions of amounts and solving simple word problems involving fractions.<\/p>\n
Our English\u00a0work\u00a0this week\u00a0has involved\u00a0orally rehearsing vocabulary\u00a0in preparation to write\u00a0a commentary\u00a0for a\u00a0scene\u00a0in the Peter Pan film.<\/p>\n
RE this week has progressed onto looking closely at Jesus’s Transfiguration and its link to light.<\/p>\n
For home learning over next week the children have to practise telling the time in both analogue and digital (12hr and 24hr).\u00a0This could include counting the number of minutes until a given\u00a0point and converting minutes to hours (and vice versa).\u00a0If this is something you find easy, then why not try solving word problems that involve time conversions!<\/p>\n
