We\u00a0are very\u00a0impressed\u00a0by the imagination, creativity and commitment of the children. They have worked hard to perfect and improve their own\u00a0story writing &#8211; each piece of work has been exciting to read!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.stpeterswaterlooville.co.uk\/year3\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2016\/11\/the-gorgle-blog-post.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-686\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-686\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.stpeterswaterlooville.co.uk\/year3\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2016\/11\/the-gorgle-blog-post.jpg\" alt=\"the-gorgle-blog-post\" width=\"160\" height=\"246\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>In Maths, the children have enjoyed learning how to use the expanded column method. They have had lots of success when adding together\u00a0the\u00a0prices of different items, <em>even<\/em>\u00a0in the context of tricky word problems.
