Over the past 6 weeks, Year 5 pupils in Cassowary and Kookaburra class have been reading, exploring and reviewing six picture books, chosen by the School Library Service.  The children have explored the artistic style of the illustrations in each book and have considered how the pictures enhance their understanding and enjoyment of the story.

Our Year 5 pupils having voted for their personal favourite, the overwhelming winner was ‘The Barnabus Project’ by Terry, Eric and Devin Fan.
